• Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange for eligible items.
• Exchanges are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled within 10 days of the original appointment.
• Rescheduling outside of this window will require a new deposit.
