Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non‑refundable. (See refund policy) To respect my time and the time of other clients, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee, which is separate from and in addition to the non‑refundable deposit. The deposit does not apply toward this fee. (see refund policy)
